4th and 5th of July were busy days for JUST-GREEN AFRH2ICA.
Our coordinator Stefano Barberis attended the “Green Hydrogen Summer School” in Ben Guerir, co-organized by IRESEN, GIZ Maroc, and MED-GEM Network . This event was a fantastic opportunity for Stefano to present the results of the JUST-GREEN AFRH2ICA project from its first year. He highlighted the strategic potentials of green hydrogen for the port and maritime industry, engaging over 40 participants. Stefano also shared our E-Learning and Training activities and participated in working groups discussing hydrogen opportunities in Morocco.
Earlier, STAM, BlueEnergy Revolution, IRESEN and IMDEA Energy participated in the SEED International Conference on Sustainable Energy Education in Valencia. During this event, JUST-GREEN AFRH2ICA organized a workshop titled “Unlocking African Green Hydrogen Potential for Mutual Benefit Cooperation with Europe”. The workshop covered technical solutions for a green hydrogen shared market and addressed training and skills issues, providing valuable insights for ongoing analyses and fostering collaboration between Europe and Africa.
