A few weeks ago, the 25th “Africa Energy Forum 2023” was held in Nairobi, Kenya.
The event was attended by governments, utilities and regulators with development financial institutions, commercial banks, energy developers, technology providers, EPCs and professional services to form partnerships, identify opportunities and move the industry forward.
Christian Berretta of Strathmore University and partner of JUST-GREEN AFRH2ICA participated as a speaker on the panel “Hydrogen-Africa’s Opportunity In partnership with Dii Desert Energy” addressing the topic of the opportunity and challenges related to water resources for green hydrogen production in Africa: how to ensure a just transition.
