Natalia Caldés works at the sustainableenergy and climatechange unit of European Commission´s DG-International Partnership (DG-INTPA).
From 2004 to 2019, she worked as a senior researcher at CIEMAT, the Spanish Research Centre for energy, environment and technologies.
She holds a BA, MsC and PhD in Applied Economics.
